Directed by Ardeshir Irani and produced by Imerial Movietone. As it was a first Indian movie with the sound in it. People were very excited to watch it. So it was houseful for 8 weeks since it’s release. It became so popular resulting people over crowding so they had to call police to control the crowd. Fun fact is that it was advertised with the tagline “All living, Breathing, 100 per cent talking”. Unfortunately film has been lost and not available now.
